By accessing or using the Eonix website located at www.eonix.lk(the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. Eonix Pvt Ltd (“Eonix”, “we”, “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Sri Lankan or international law or regulation.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site.
3. Open-Source Software Disclaimer
Eonix Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any open-source software published by Eonix. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from:
- Modification or redistribution of Eonix open-source software in ways not intended by its original design.
- Integration of Eonix open-source software into third-party systems or products.
- Data loss, system failure, security vulnerabilities, or financial loss arising from such use.
- Any reliance on the software for safety-critical, medical, or mission-critical applications.
Each open-source project is governed by its own licence (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0). Users must read and comply with the applicable licence before using, modifying, or distributing any Eonix open-source software.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of Eonix Pvt Ltd and is protected under Sri Lankan intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.
Open-source software published by Eonix is separately licensed under the terms stated in each project’s repository. Those licence terms govern what rights are granted to users of that software.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including the Eonix 3D Printing Store at store.eonix.lk and our GitHub organisation). These links are provided for convenience only. Eonix has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eonix Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or any content, product, or service described or referenced herein.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
